Full filing packet

The full filing packet opens soon and is not yet for sale. When it opens, these terms apply to full-case and pilot purchases:

Accepted for filing or refunded. If the court rejects this petition packet for filing because of how the packet was prepared, we refund everything you paid for this case. Send us the court's rejection notice within 60 days of your download. The guarantee does not cover a packet filed in a court other than the one it names, a filing fee that was not paid, changes made to the packet after download, or facts that were not entered truthfully. It applies to full-case and pilot purchases, not to a notice bought on its own. It is not a guarantee of any result in court.

Basic Notice Pack

If your dates change, a notice you bought on its own is re-dated at no charge. A notice is not refunded once the clean PDF is built.

Court costs

For the DIY packet, filing fees and service fees are paid to the court, not to us, so we cannot refund them.
