How It Works
- Submit your case online with property and tenant details.
- We draft notices, prepare filings, and submit to the JP court.
- We represent you at the hearing under Tex. R. Civ. P. 500.4. In most cases, you will not need to appear.
- Hearing presented. If judgment is granted, writ of possession filed when the statutory window expires and the tenant has not vacated.
